What we collect

If you submit the design-partner form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, organisation, sector and the workflow you describe. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, credentials, customer data or confidential material through the form.

Our infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and reliability. This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.

Retention and access

Enquiry records are retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry data by replying to any email from us, or by submitting a request through the contact form.

Where data lives

Fluxdyne is an Australian company. Site infrastructure and data storage use reputable cloud providers which may process data outside Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
